What We Collect
Account & Payment We collect your email address and payment information when you create an account or purchase credits. Payment processing is handled by our payment processor—we never store full card details.
Images When you use KitsuTL to translate or process an image, that image is sent to third-party AI providers for processing. Images are processed in real-time and are not stored by us. We do not use your images to train AI models.
Usage Data We collect anonymized usage statistics (feature usage, credit consumption) to improve our service. This data is not linked to specific images or content.
Browser Extension The extension only accesses image data on pages where you actively invoke it. We do not track your browsing history or access data from sites where you haven't used KitsuTL.
Data Retention
- Images: Processed in real-time, never stored
- Account data: Retained while your account is active; deleted upon request
No Training, No Sharing
Our service only uses your images for the purpose of translation and processing. We do not use this data to train AI models, nor do we share your data with third-party companies outside of essential infrastructure and AI processing providers.
Human Inspection
We do not systematically inspect your images or data. In rare cases where you request support, authorized personnel may access specific data solely to resolve your issue.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and to remember your preferences. We do not use targeting or advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect functionality.
