Terms of Service

Your Use of KitsuTL

You are responsible for how you use KitsuTL and for any content you process through our service. Your use is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

You agree not to use KitsuTL for any unlawful purpose or to process content that violates the rights of others. We do not monitor, review, or endorse the content you process, and we are not responsible for user-generated content or how you use the output of our service.

We may terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or use the service in unauthorized ways.

Content and Intellectual Property

KitsuTL provides translation and image processing tools. You retain ownership of the images you process. We do not claim any rights over your content.

The KitsuTL website, extension, and branding are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our software without permission.

Credits and Purchases

Credits are a prepaid right to use KitsuTL translation and image processing services. Credits have no monetary value outside of KitsuTL, are not legal tender, and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another account, or resold.

Credits do not have an expiration date and remain in your account for as long as your account is active and the service is available. However, credits are contingent on the continued availability of the service and do not represent a guarantee that the service will operate indefinitely.

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or under our refund policy. We offer refunds if all of the following apply:

• You contact us requesting a refund
• Your purchase was made within the last 14 days
• You have used fewer than 20 credits from that purchase

Service Discontinuation

If we permanently discontinue the service, we will provide at least 60 days advance notice via the email address associated with your account. During the notice period, you may continue to use your remaining credits.

After the notice period, any unused credits will be forfeited. We may, at our sole discretion, offer pro-rata refunds or alternative remedies, but are not obligated to do so, except where required by applicable law.

Third-Party Services

KitsuTL uses third-party AI providers to process images. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of these services. Your use of KitsuTL is also subject to the terms of these providers.

Community

We may offer community features such as a Discord server. Your participation is subject to the rules of those platforms. We are not responsible for content posted by other users in community spaces, and we reserve the right to remove users who violate community guidelines.

No Warranty and Limitation of Liability

KitsuTL is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these terms or the service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to KitsuTL in the 12 months preceding the claim.

In no event shall KitsuTL be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Termination

These terms are effective when you create an account or start using KitsuTL.

You may terminate at any time by contacting us to delete your account. Unused credits will be cancelled upon termination.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for unauthorized use, without liability to you.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes that affect your purchased credits, we will notify you at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of KitsuTL after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
